In early June 2015, I stumbled upon a family of baby foxes who had made their home on the edge of the forest in Caraquet. I was immediately under their spell and charmed by their cute faces. Every time I saw them, I felt a great joy to be a witness to their growth. Over time, I was under the impression that they accepted and recognized me. They looked at me with curiosity, and dare I say, with confidence. At the end of the summer, they left their den to live in the wild, leaving me a bit sad but with these photographs full of tenderness.
